Very affordable very good tasting lunch spot. Daily specials on food items plus everyday value deals that have kept me coming back. My favorites are their meatball sub and 2 pizza slice + drink combo. Only thing I've had I did not love was their burger but to each their own. Value combos will have you around $10 with some even below that which is hard to beat.

So I usually purchase food from this place and it used to be really good. Vitoβs is gone down since 2022. Iβm not sure if these are new owners, but this is how the experience went.: I ordered my food around 920 PM on Saturday, May 2. Google showed that They close at 11 PM. when I placed my order the Slice app sent a message saying that my food will be ready at 6:50 PM on Sunday, May 3 so I called the restaurant. The young lady that answers tells me that they are done taking to go orders and that I would have to resolve getting my money refunded from Slice. I asked to speak to her manager, and I could hear her tell the manager that I was βgoing hamβ. when the manager got on the phone he told me that it just came through and they were making it and he asked me what was the problem. I explained to him and he assured me that he could make my to pick up. I pick up about 10:23 PM in the evening. when I bring my food back home, I immediately noticed a oil stain on the backseat of my car when I pick the food up to take it into the house. The spaghetti with meat sauce was topped with oil. I gave it to my daughter and went to go and get some Parmesan cheese out of the refrigerator as I req

Peninsula has been dissapointing me on cheeseburger subs for a hot minute now but this one is by far the saddest one i have ever seen. But I mean its technically a cheeseburger sub I guess. My dog enjoyed it. They put the wrong toping on my sons pizza which now he refuses to eat. I had a slice of it instead of my sub. Not very good pizza anyway. Daughter and son said their stromboli and calzones were good so I guess id recommend those.

I have been going to Vito's for well over 25 years. Back when bojangles was next door. Idk what had happened in the past couple years but not only has the quality gone way down, the service is absolutely ridiculous. I have called in orders that have not been ready well after the quoted time. I've ordered on the app numerous times and each time I come to pick my food up it's been an issue. I've had them try and make me pay again for something I paid for online through the slice app. Today I came in to pick up my pizza and was told they couldn't find my order and then was told that someone else picked it up. I had to wait for them to remake my pizza (which is why I ordered ahead so I wouldnβt have to wait after getting off work) no apology or anything. I try to give grace but I think this is my last time coming here.

I'm neutral on this one, leaning towards not returning. Service was okay. The restaurant inside was semi clean - floors a bit dirty, tables and chairs clean. Soda machine was sticky and nasty so I got a little bit of drink no ice - if the soda machine appears grimey as this was, you have to avoid the ice because a lot of places seldom clean these machines. I ordered a chicken philly combo. Surprised the price came to almost $18 for a regular sub with fries. The fries were cooked decent - they looked great but tasted freezer burned. Sandwich was decent but not a lot of flavor at all. I'm most likely not repeating. If the combo was closer to $10 out the door I would reconsider. I would venture to say this definitely isn't the "Vito" family who opened this place in 1958. All in all, the place isn't necessary an "avoid at all costs" but I could have just got a burrito combo at moes for less than $10 and felt a little more confident I was going to finish my food satisfied and hopefully without gastric distress later :/
